Detailed description
Vault Crest is a personal catalogue app built for stamp and coin collectors who want a structured way to track everything in their collection.
The main screen is a grid of sections — tap into your full collection, stamps only, coins only, a wishlist, tags browser, data tables, or search. Every item lives in a 3-column thumbnail grid where condition is shown as a coloured dot and the first tag is visible at a glance. Swipe left on any card to edit or delete without leaving the screen.
Item detail pages use expandable accordion sections for all the information that matters: country, era, denomination, condition grade, tags, acquisition date, price paid, source, notes, and estimated value. Everything is editable inline — no popups, no overlays.
The Data section has two views. The table view lists every item in sortable columns — tap a header to sort by name, type, country, era, condition, or value. A pinned summary row shows your total item count and combined estimated value. The stats view shows condition breakdowns, top tags by count, era distribution, and your ten most recently added pieces, all rendered as simple inline bar charts.
The tag system lets you create, rename, and delete tags from a dedicated screen that shows how many items carry each one. Tap any tag to see a filtered grid of matching items.
The wishlist holds items you are hoping to acquire. Each wishlist card can be expanded inline to show notes and a target price. When you find a piece, mark it as acquired and it moves into your main collection.
Search covers item names, countries, tags, notes, and eras. A collapsible filter row lets you narrow results by type, condition, tag, or era without navigating away.
