The fog swallows the minds of living creatures, twisting them into wights that prowl the ruins and hunt any life that still clings to sanity.

You are the chosen lord. Guided by the divine power, you ignite a holy light that stands for reason and hope. From a shattered camp, you unite your people, raise new walls, rebuild the sanctuary, and explore the relics of the old kingdom buried beneath the fog.

The mist never stops spreading. The wights never cease their assault. The whispers never truly fade. Amid ruin and despair, you must forge order and lead the survivors to glory.

● Ignite divine light, rebuild your city
Build your city as the first glow rising in the sanctuary.
Repair survivors' cabins, resource workshops, watchtowers, and barricades to give refugees a new place to call home.
Each building upgrade is one more step toward civilization.

● Recruit heroes, uphold order
Valkyries of the old kingdom, brilliant craftsman, lovable performer, Gray Eagle commander, swift scout… every hero has a distinct personality and unique abilities.
Some are brave, some are clever, some are quick and agile, while others are reliable warriors who stand at your side.
Recruit and train them, assign their roles, and turn each hero into a key force in the defense of your city.
When the fog surges in, they will stand with you to hold the final line.

● Dispel the fog, explore the ruins
Pale fog hangs over the old lands of Cyrian.
Dispatch scouts into the mist to collect resources, save your people, and discover ancient knowledge and devices.
Each exploration can bring hope, but may also rouse the wights hiding in the fog.

● Repel the wights, defend your home
As the mist thickens, danger draws ever closer.
When night falls and the tide of fog surges in, swarms of mist wights spill from the ruins and darkness.
Build your barricade, train your soldiers, and hold your city against the tide of wights.

Allocate food, water, and medicine, and schedule production, patrols, and night guards.
Handle unexpected events, repel wight attacks, and protect your people.
Issue decrees such as Urgent Requisition to keep your city functioning during crises.
In this world choked by fog, every resource you save is to survive the next day.

● Hunt wights, strengthen your defenses
From time to time, powerful wight leaders emerge from the mist.
They wield terrifying power and drive hordes of wights toward your city.
Rally your heroes and forces and eliminate them before you fall to the fog.

● Research technology, clear the fog
Rebuild the Society of Lighttrails to study ancient wisdom and the power of the divine light.
Unlock purification devices, fog-detection tech, stronger city defenses, improved resource output, and sanctuary upgrades.
Technology isn't just a cold tool. It is reason shining over the world.

● Form alliances, contest territories
You’re not the only lord.
Form alliances with other players, exchange resources, fight together, compete for relics, and confront powerful wights.
In this shattered world, no city can stand alone; only a united order can endure.

● March toward dawn, forge new glory
Legend says the lost royal capital, Lothern, still lies in the heart of the mist.
It was where the Cyrian Dynasty fell, and one of the deepest sources of the pale fog.
Ignite the divine flame, expand the cleansed lands, rally your allies, and advance into the depths of the mist.
When dawn returns, a new kingdom will rise from the ruins.
