After your purchase, the watch face is delivered to the watch itself and appears in its watch face list, next to the ones already there. It usually arrives within a few minutes, sometimes 10 to 20. If it is not there yet, keep the watch connected to your phone or Wi-Fi, give it a little time, then open the watch face list on the watch again. From that list, pick Kawaii Dogs and open its settings to choose your design, your two colors and your complications.
