Detailed description

Ketova Fast Ring is a fasting timer built around a single idea: make your fast visible. Instead of watching a plain clock, you see a glowing animated ring that fills and empties as your fasting and eating windows progress.

Set your fasting protocol — whether that's 16:8, 18:6, or any custom split — and the ring takes over. It shows exactly how much time remains, how far you've come, and when your next eating window opens. No numbers to mentally parse, just a clear visual signal.

All data is stored locally on your device. No account, no sync, no server. Open the app, start your fast, and close it. Everything is waiting for you when you return.

The interface stays out of the way. The ring is the focus. Around it you'll find your current phase label, elapsed time, remaining time, and a simple history of completed fasts so you can spot patterns over days and weeks.

Haptic feedback lets you feel confirmation when you start or end a fast, even without looking at the screen. A compact settings screen lets you adjust your default protocol, display preferences, and feedback options.

Ketova Fast Ring works entirely offline. No ads, no subscriptions, no upsells.
