You are the producer of a small, unknown talent agency. Scout raw talent, train it, and send it out under the lights. You have 260 weeks — five years — to reach agency rank SS and ten million fans.

Every show, commercial, drama, film, anime and book is recorded on her detail screen. Four appearances on the same show makes her a regular. What her profile looks like after five years is the real measure of your work.

- Trust deepens through talks, dinners, outings and gifts, and improves her results at work
- Dozens of written scenes: worries, birthdays, quiet nights in the practice room
- Discontent and scandal: overwork or neglect can end in headlines, or in her leaving
