Do you have an ankle injury or weak ankles? Then strengthen your ankle. This can be done with the exercises in this app or by wearing a brace. The exercises take a few minutes and can be performed anywhere. The brace selection guide helps you choose a suitable brace for your sport. The app offers an 8-week exercise schedule, which consists of 3 sets of exercises per week. The exercises and the accompanying schedule come from the 2BFit study by the EMGO+ Institute and have been scientifically proven to be effective for proper recovery from ankle injuries. The app also provides information about the use of ankle braces and tape. The app is offered to you by VeiligheidNL. The goal: injured ankles heal faster and prevent new injuries.
