Analog, in the Art Nouveau manner: CELEST5500 Artistic Watch draws the dial as a single illustrated scene, all flowing curves and organic forms, with a couple at its center.

The style does the work here — sweeping hair and drapery, decorative arcs framing the figures, and a muted palette of teal, gold, and warm brown that suits the period. White Roman numerals ring the dial, ornate filigree hands turn above the artwork, and a small seconds sub-dial sits at six o'clock.
