Compare each country's recent temperature with its own 20-year normal. Discover ocean regions warmer or cooler than their normal and tap currents to see speed and direction. Sea-surface temperature anomalies are broad regional estimates, not precise readings at your location.

Explore the tone and volume of reporting about each country, along with where coverage originates. Country cards bring news indicators, temperature context, local solar time and the nearest earthquake together. Red means negative reporting, not proof that bad events are happening there. No account. No ads. No analytics. No in-app purchases. Your touches stay on your device. If you allow approximate location, one low-accuracy reading is used only on the device to begin with your country facing you. It is never stored or sent.
