StockCounts: Stock Taking

StockCounts helps you take stock in shops, cafes, stockrooms and warehouses. Import your product list or start an empty count, scan or find a product, and add the quantity. Review your progress and export the results when you are done.

SCAN, SEARCH AND COUNT
Use your phone camera to scan barcodes, search by product name, SKU or barcode, or add a product manually. Each saved quantity adds to the product's counted total. Enter whole or decimal quantities, check entry history, and undo or correct mistakes.

CHOOSE GUIDED OR BLIND COUNTING
Guided counts show expected stock and differences while you work. Blind counts hide expected quantities once counting starts and reveal the comparison after completion.

ORGANIZE COUNTS BY LOCATION
Keep shelves, rooms, aisles or storage areas separate. Switch locations as you work and track each product's quantity at each location.

IMPORT EXCEL AND CSV
Bring in an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV product list with names, SKUs, barcodes, expected quantities, units, categories and locations. Review the suggested column matches and confirm the import. Field matching works on your device.

REVIEW THE DIFFERENCES
See how much of your count is complete. Filter counted and uncounted products, review shortages and overages, and distinguish an item counted as zero from one you have not counted yet.

EXPORT YOUR RESULTS
Export Excel or CSV files to the apps and destinations available on your phone. Include count-entry history in Excel when you need the detail. Complete a count to keep its results read-only, or duplicate its setup for your next stocktake.

COUNT OFFLINE
Core counting, scanning, import and export work without an internet connection. Your product lists and count history are stored on your device. No account or login is required.

BACK UP YOUR WORK
Create a backup of your count sessions and history, then restore it when needed. Choose where to save each backup and keep it somewhere safe. Backup files are not password-protected.
